Our design, manufacturing and refurbishment projects are completed using the latest state of the art technology, with full CAD, Finite Element Analysis and Engineering Design suites in-house.
We select trusted specialist suppliers in addition to in-house fabrication and manufacturing processes. All processes and materials are subjected to stringent quality assurance assessments and testing on all supplier sites, as well as in house.
Control and traceability are safety-critical, and Tech Edge takes management of such processes very seriously. Our reputation depends on it!
Every machine is assembled and fully tested prior to being qualified for delivery. At installation we check that all aspects of civils and peripherals (if not under our own management) are up to standard before installing machinery, electrical systems and hydraulics.
Our own methodology where we undertake management of the full installation, including civil works, results in accurate, fast installation. Our processes avoid the costly delays caused by having to fix errors of contractors not under our control.
The same meticulous QA to ISO standards that are followed on our own sites, are applied trusted supplier sites, and on customer sites, right up to commissioning. We adhere to strict compliance with all relevant Mines Health & Safety Acts & Regulations.
Full, detailed data packs for every project encompass all components, materials and assemblies.
