Historically, during civil works, foundation bolts typically move during the concrete pouring process.

Very few civil contractors have mastered the skill of placing foundation bolts according to layout drawings. This leads to significant baseplate modification on site, and often involves using special washers to accommodate the resulting increased hole sizes.

Our Foundation Bolt template is a fabricated steel plate template that securely holds winder bolts in place during concrete pouring, effectively eliminating the bolt movement problem.

Raised, Stiffened Base Structures

To simplify civil design and construction, we have developed raised baseplate structures, suitable for machines with drum sizes up to 1,5m diameter. These are suitably stiffened. They save civil costs (no pit structure) and simplify maintenance.
