Our turnkey packages include supply of highly sophisticated, modern electrical control equipment in various configurations with the relevant safety circuits. These comprise technology for speed control of AC Squirrel Cage Induction motors in the form of Frequency Converter (IGBT) control.

We also offer electrical control equipment for speed control of DC Shunt Wound motors in the form of Digital Thyristor control. With both the applications, safety is of the utmost importance and we use the Safe-Torque-Off (STO) SIL rated control function of Frequency Converters and Digital Thyristor Control units.

Our system is designed to use the latest international technology SIL 2 & 3 compatible Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC’s) in our Winder electrical control equipment.

The technology is supported by engineers and personnel who understand the requirement and application of production machinery in harsh environments.
